Nabe Course

Aguu is Okinawa's native pig....it became extinct after World War II's influence.
Aguu, which currently is in short supply and expensive, is a quarter the cholesterol, and the taste ingredient glutaminic acid is 2 times that of normal pork, so it is said to be the healthy and delicious pork. The Aguu industry is increasing but it hasn't caught up with demand.
